While our counselling services attempt to solve problems presented to the counselor within a given period of time, Psychotherapy looks at the underlying cause of the problem and seeks behavioral change and is for a longer duration in most cases. Psychotherapy usually lasts for years. It takes time to uncover the subconscious and discover what is really preventing you from being truly happy in your life. The therapist will use many techniques to uncover these underlying problems so you can start to rework them in a positive way.
Clients with emotional, behavior and social problems can be helped using our psychotherapeutic modality. This involves building therapist-client relationship, dialogue, communication and behavior change which will serve to help identify the root problem and improve the psychological health of the client.
